If you’re reading this then it’s likely that it’s stalled, or you’re struggling to get started. Training can sometimes be as much about the mental side of it as it is the physical. Getting into a routine, confidence in what you’re doing, knowledge of proper technique. Without the right support, it can be a real struggle to kick off a new training regime.

When you haven’t trained before, it’s been a while since your last session or you’re lacking in motivation, working with a personal trainer is the ideal way to get your fitness up while looking after yourself. But where do you begin finding the right PT for you?

So we’re here, every step of the way, to answer any questions and provide you with reassurance if you need it. When you join PT ME you’ll be able to pick the package that suits you best. You’ll then be asked to complete a quick survey to help us get the basic information we need to find the right trainer for you. This is your chance to let us know if you have any particular goals, training preferences or other information we need to know that might impact your training.


We’re all unique and our bodies respond to different types of training. So, whether you’re looking for cardio, rehabilitation, strength, boxing, yoga & pilates, weight loss, martial arts, mindset, athletic performance or nutrition, we’ve got you covered.


Our approach is focused on your results. The first thing your personal trainer will do is create a plan to help you achieve those goals. Don’t worry, we’ll be there every step of the way cheering you on.
