Book Your PT Consultation
Before joining PT ME, you will be invited to take a free bespoke 1-1 PT consultation worth £50 with one of our trainers to further understand your motivations and goals.
During the consultation, our trainer will seek to learn more about your current life and health situation. They will provide constructive feedback and advice on the best approach and type of trainer for you.
After your no-obligation conversation with one of our trainers, we will help pair you with the most suited trainer for your needs whether that means training at home, in the gym or virtually.
Book Your First Session
After your initial PT consultation, and if you are happy with our team's pairing suggestion, you will be invited to speak with one of our trainers via your preferred communication method: a call, Whatsapp, Facetime, or Zoom.
After you have spoken with your new PT and got to know them over a no-obligation conversion with them, you are then able to choose if you would like to go ahead and begin training with this PT.
Your Fitness Journey
After your intro call with a trainer, you will be encouraged to purchase multiple sessions through the PT ME website to ensure your training consistency.
We have made purchasing sessions as simple as possible by being available in quantities of 5, 10 and 25. You can simply checkout with Apple Pay or any other payment method and continue where you left off with your trainer.
You will receive a comprehensive & realistic nutrition plan based on your goals and timeframes from your dedicated PT who you will have direct communication with at all times.
